Upgrades (Canadian Prices)

Software Only – Checkmate $1,100 + $150/existing users over 4 (server requires 2 users. Customer must provide adequate Hardware & may need a new digiboard also.)

With PC - $3,300+ taxes +$150/existing users over 4 (server requires 2 users) for up to 8 users (ask for price over 7 users). Plus $875 if they do not have a qualified local technician do the install. Extra cache Licenses are $225/users added over existing mumps license (+ $ for each workstation needed if wants the PC from us).

New Customers

Telnet Application (New Option) You only need a PC with Internet access - $700 setup + $225/user up to 3 users. (Includes 4 hours training - Checkmate JR)

Monthly for new & Upgrade customers
JR Telnet $190/month for up to 3 users (3 month upgrade - 100% trade in credit on Telnet set up fee).
JR Telnet $220 for 4-8 users (Over 8 users $6/user per month)
JR $225/month for 5-8 users (JR not available for over 8 users)
Car-Part Gold & Telnet Checkmate JR $410/month (up to 3 users, 4-8 users $440)
Checkmate $290/month (up to 8 users)
Checkmate $320/month (up to 9-16 users, $6/month each over 16)
Telnet Checkmate $290/month up to 8 users
Car-Part Gold & Telnet Checkmate $500/month up to 8 users
Classic $385/month (up to 16 users, $6/month each over 16)
To get back on support $1500 + outstanding balance.

(All prices are based on each yard location and do not include sales tax. Any applicable sales tax will be added to the totals.)
Tape Backup also available for additional cost.

The main Checkmate computer must have Windows XP Professional, 2000 or 2003 Professional or Server editions ONLY. The work stations can have other operating systems on them.
